You're listening to analogue feeds only, not from areas that are digital.

Hi, Quick Q.
Analog scanner no longer useful, have been told not to buy a Digital Scanner as they would also be useless.
my Q. is, How come i can listen to the QPS & QAS on Broadcastify and other Apps....?
Well, it would help if you gave some indication of where you live.

In general, at this point of time, only the South East corner of Queensland is P25, and encrypted, and the rest of the State is still analogue.

In this case, South East Queensland is defined as "from Jondaryan, east to the Coast, and from Rainbow Beach south to the NSW border".

Again, my Q. is, How come i can listen to the QPS & QAS on Broadcastify and other Apps....?

Emergency services have changed frequency allocations to a 10 MHz split. Check this site, or the ACMA site to get the frequencies for your area.

Use the ACMA register to find frequencies https://web.acma.gov.au/rrl/register_search.main_page

They will be between 467 and 470

The broadcastify feeds are from areas that aren't digital or encrypted.

Sorry to say this, but if others are hearing things and you're not, then it can only be your radio. If you have used different antennas, indoor and outdoor, then you now have to look at your radio.

Some areas are still using analogue though in my area they are now using ipad for sensitive comms and only general comms over the analogue.
