Gold Coast city council frequencies

Post by Radio_Australia » Sun Feb 09, 2020 6:01 pm

Hi group , I’ve been monitoring the acma listed frequencies for gccc while I’m up this way ,

but hearing very little to none activity ?

Given the bad weather and flooding I would of thought more activity , Only hear the Animal management frequency active .
Anyone have any clues as to what they are using ?

When I’m back up there I’ll check it out a little more ,

A majority of their vehicles have a VHF Hi band stainless whip ,

I feel they are using mobile phones and iPads mainly .

That’s what I’ve encountered also , must be tasking via phones or tablets, it’s a shame , they have some nice sites
